My name is Ganell Tubbs.
I didn’t grow up with opportunity.
I grew up in rural Arkansas — in a house without running water, where we used a bucket for a bathroom and walked next door just to get water.
Money was tight.
Options were few.
And for a long time, I believed that meant my life had to stay small.
I was an overweight, shy kid who tried to disappear. I learned early to survive by keeping my head down and my grades up. Books were my escape — my proof that I could be more than my circumstances.
But survival has a way of following you.
I carried it to college, to every job, to every decision that felt like desperation disguised as survival.
And in 2020, that desperation caught up with me.
I made a mistake. A big one.
And it cost me everything — my freedom, my career, my sense of self.
I spent 14 months in federal prison.
Then two more on probation.
And while that’s a part of my story, it’s not where it ends.
Because what I learned in those years is this:
You are not defined by your past. You are defined by what you build next.
After prison, I started over.
I went back to school for software development. I dove into AI — not because it was trendy, but because I saw its potential to change lives. Mine included.
AI gave me leverage. It gave me a second chance. It helped me rebuild not just my income, but my identity.
That’s why I started The Elite Automation Agency — to help others do the same.
To show business owners, coaches, and creators how to use AI to create systems that scale, income that sustains, and lives that no longer depend on luck or permission.
I’m not here to sell you hype.
